01. About Me
20 yılı aşkın süredir bilgi teknolojileri, sistem ve ağ yönetimi, siber güvenlik ve elektronik donanım altyapıları üzerinde çalışan kıdemli bir BT yöneticisiyim. İnternet dünyasında cengi7 takma adıyla tanınırım.
Kariyerim boyunca HP Proliant sunucu donanımlarından, kurumsal ağ mimarilerine (Cisco), bulut sistemlerinden (AWS, Google Cloud) Fortigate firewall altyapılarına ve siber güvenliğe kadar BT'nin her alanında operasyonel ve stratejik roller üstlendim. Bilgi güvenliği standartlarının (ISO 27001, ISO 20000) uygulanması, felaket kurtarma senaryoları (Acronis, Veeam) ve Linux sistem yönetiminde (Ubuntu, Kali, Red Hat vb.) ileri seviye tecrübe sahibiyim.
Lisanslı bir amatör telsiz operatörüyüm, çağrı kodum TA1WSW'dir. Aynı zamanda amatör astronomi ile de ilgileniyorum.
Elektronikle olan bağım aslında bir aile mirası: babam, Ankara'da aldığı radyo-TV tamirciliği eğitimiyle ustalık sertifikası almış ve 70'li yıllardan 90'lı yıllara kadar kendi dükkânında bu mesleği sürdürmüştür. Ondan aldığım ilham, tecrübe ve bilgiyle bu yolu ben de ilerlettim; teknik ve endüstri meslek lisesinde elektronik bölümünü okudum, ardından üniversitede elektronik bölümünü tamamladım. Bu köklerden gelen onarım tutkusu, bugün de donanım temelli her projeye duyduğum özel ilgiyi besliyor.
Şu an Phoenixagro'da BT Yöneticisi olarak görev yapıyor, sistemleri daha verimli, güvenli ve sürdürülebilir hale getiren projelere liderlik ediyorum.
I am a senior IT manager with over 20 years of experience in information technology, system and network administration, cybersecurity, and hardware infrastructure. I'm known in the internet world by the alias cengi7.
Throughout my career, I have taken on operational and strategic roles across all layers of IT, from HP Proliant server hardware to enterprise network architectures (Cisco), cloud systems (AWS, Google Cloud), Fortigate firewall deployments, and cybersecurity. I have advanced experience in implementing information security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000), disaster recovery scenarios (Acronis, Veeam), and Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Kali, Red Hat, etc.).
I am also a licensed amateur radio operator (TA1WSW) and an astronomy enthusiast.
My connection to electronics is actually a family legacy: my father trained in radio and TV repair in Ankara, earned his professional certification, and ran his own shop in the trade from the 1970s through the 1990s. Inspired by his experience and knowledge, I followed the same path — studying electronics at a technical and vocational high school, and later completing a degree in electronics at university. That inherited passion for repair is still what draws me to every hardware-based project today.
Currently, I work as the IT Manager at Phoenixagro, leading projects that make systems more efficient, secure, and sustainable.
